Spread Eagle Tavern, Hanoverton , OH is an historic tavern and restaurant that was built during the canal building era in the early 19 th century. Beautifully restored, and the food and wines are superb, but a bit pricey. We have several sheets in the cabin that will tell you more about these places.

J.C. Wines in East Springfield, about an hours drive on Rt. 43 toward Stubenville. Superb chardonnay made on the property!

The Normandy is a restaurant and watering hole on the tracks of the Scenic Railway in downtown Minerva. They serve a good meal and are smoke free.
